Strong schools begin with strong teachers. Our Capacity Building Programme invests in both educators and students — creating a multiplier effect where every trained teacher impacts hundreds of learners, and every empowered student becomes a future mentor.
We train teachers in modern STEAM pedagogy, research methodology and digital tools. Simultaneously, we run parallel student tracks to build foundational skills in critical thinking, research and innovation — all anchored in India's curriculum and classroom realities.

Teachers and students learn in parallel, then collaborate in joint project sessions.

We begin by understanding each participant's background, goals and school context to personalise the learning experience.
Interactive sessions covering core STEAM concepts, research thinking and digital literacy — delivered by experienced educators and researchers.
Participants apply skills through guided exercises, group discussions and peer-review sessions. Teachers and students collaborate in joint problem-solving workshops.
Each participant completes a real project — teachers develop a teaching plan, students complete a mini research or STEAM project — with mentor guidance throughout.
Projects are presented at a final showcase. Participants receive a MAHA Youth STEAM certificate of completion and become part of our ongoing alumni community.
